At Middle Finger Hot Sauce, we are not just passionate about hot sauce, we also have a passion for amazing craft beer. We began experimenting with using local IPAs and other styles with hot sauce and the results were beyond our expectations.

From the beginning of our journey of making sauce, it was quickly apparent how important it is to use the highest quality ingredients. I personally sought out the best pepper growers in the U.S. and found a like-minded partner in The Wolfstead in Kentucky. Aaron Wolfe is a true artisan and produces the most amazing peppers we have ever tried.

The Collaboration Series is not only our exploration into using beer in our sauces, but also a journey into new flavor combinations and a lot of thinking outside the box. We carefully select beers that we think will pair with different pepper strains, but local fruits and ingredients that will stretch the boundaries of your hot sauce imagination.
