Our Journey
At Middle Finger Hot Sauce, we're proud of our culinary background. With more than two decades in the food industry from fine dining to burgers and BBQ, we have a firm foundation in creating and developing delicious flavor combinations and profilies.
Our Products
We offer a wide range of small batch artisan sauces. We started with fruit-forward hot sauces and have since expanded into craft BBQ sauces and collaboration sauces incorporating craft beer. We feel that our strength lies in connecting with innovative brands that are ever changing the landscape of their respective fields.
Our Manifesto
Why Middle Finger? It's part hardcore chef attitude and part outlaw biker gang. It has been our mission from the start to invade your taste buds and set up a permanent campsite in your flavor memory banks. Some hot sauce companies wait for an invite to the party. Middle Finger Hot Sauce starts it,
